Linux — Prefer IPV4 over IPV6

Modifying one file will allow linux to prefer ipv4 over ipv6. Confirmed with fedora, redhat, almalinux, rocky linux, ubuntu, and debian.

thanks for sharing this info. By default IPv4 address should be set as preference. I am not sure why its not configured in RHEL8.
