­-El me problema me ocurrió a mi, no encontré la solución en youtube (ahora que no lo necesito ahí si hay un millón de videos con esta solución -_-) así que quise compartirla en este espacio, espero te sea de ayuda, sí no es así, arriba dejé un par de links de soluciones dadas por terceros.

2.change adapter settings
3.click on your local area connection
4.properties
5.internal protocal version 4(tcp/ipv4)
6.properties
7.in general use the bottom one click on use the following dns server addresses
preferred dns server should be 8.8.8.8
alternate server dns should 8.8.4.4
click ok done
