When pushing the lower back towards the floor, is it ok to lift the tailbone while pushing the lowerback to the floor? Thanks
Yoga works.
Don't put your hands behind your head when doing this. You risk pulling the head forward and creating strain in the neck area. Instead, put your fingers on your temples and then bring your elbow to your knees. This keeps the arms in the right position and stops any strain from happening. When doing stomach crunches, people make the same kind of mistake, rest your head in the floor, put your fingers on your temples and have your elbows out to the side. Have your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent. Then simply raise your chin up towards the ceiling and slightly in towards your chest, but looking up, not towards your kness. This REALLY works the abs.

This was great video and fixed some misconceptions about some exercises like lifting legs to 90 degrees without jerking the body and spine.
However, one does not need to have to be on a Rock and a beautiful scenery background, I am sure on a flat no so cold floor would be equally good. Thank you for this Dr Ekberg.
