  • Woo! Huge day for Valve!

Shoutouts to SRC267, Derek Turtle Roe and Vergil for the news tips!

  • Leaving this comment here in case someone wants to notify me when the Mario RPG audio desyncs are fixed lol

  • Half-life is free also in Italy

  • Its been almost a full day since the last mr sujano post, is he dead?

  • I’m just gonna say, the steamdeck lcd screen is super crisp. I was shocked how good that little screen is.

  • Wow awesome for half-life i actually didn't have or play it yet. I have black mesa too, but have not got around to it.

Nintendo should consider using more powerful hardware if they want to squelch early emulation. That chip was already old when it came out. This isn't the 80's anymore technology has come a long way lol.

  • SteamOS is not limited to the Steamdeck. A lot of the other PC handheld like the Ayaneo and GPD support it and I even remember seeing youtube videos on how to install it on any PC.

  • The latest ryujinx build for the past few week has made a few games unplayable due to controller issues clap hanz golf is one of them

  • I played through mario rpg a week ago, didn't have a single issue in yuzu through the entire game

  • I’m glad steamdeck seems to be living up to its original hype. The steam controller and link were pretty disappointing. Controller had too much of a learning curve to get used to and the link was almost pointless because it didn’t work well without a wired connection and that defeated the whole purpose. I still haven’t picked up a steamdeck yet but I plan to one of these days. Really just seems to be the best bang for your buck in terms of portable pc gaming.

  • I just finished Booster's Tower and have only seen a few drops and frame rate from time to time but no crashes or anything seriously yet.

Funny thing of note though. The password booster said was "yuzu"

  • I actually just got half life free the other day. Been enjoying flycast on iOS. Which runs amazing and Found an unreleased half life prototype that is finished from what I understand. Plays great. Shame it was never released. Would have been huge for Dreamcast.

  • im over here thinking half life 3 best chance of coming out is when it hits the 30th anniversary haha. 3 for 3

gonna go update my steam deck asap! thanks sujano

  • So some reason smrpg has no music for me on the steam deck. Sound effects work fine but no music. Also had a crash when entering the first fight with bowser

  • What they've done with Half-Life is pretty amazing. With all the updates and fixes they implemented Valve has basically remastered Half-Life and released it for free. The video game industry has been on a slow downward spiral with all the shady business practices companies have been experimenting with to take advantage of their customers, but Valve has given me a little hope for the future of video games.

  • You briefly mentioned Cocoon. That game is kinda awesome. I highly recommend trying it.

  • Set up Ryujinx for the first time so I could play Pokemon Brilliant Diamond with mods easier than real hardware. It performs better than real hardware (30-60 fps instead of locked 30) at 2x resolution on the Steam Deck. Was extremely easy to set up too compared to when I tried RCPS3. Not perfect, but it is very playable so far.

  • The last stable update valve pushed on steam deck made black ops 3 crash when loading zombies, and switching update channels doesnt help. 😢

  • Mr. Sujano on a cruise.

  • mario rpg def needs drm…?!?!?what are these people smoking when they said some time ago that emulators are effecting launch sales…

  • Huh!
Didn't know you cover opensource like Calibre.
I use it for my books, comics and magazines. Great configuration options.
Now if there only working audiobook support.

  • Just beat Super Mario RPG via Ryujinx with no crashing or anything, Great game so I still purchased it
