Making Parents Proud: Sumit's Journey to First job in Top Tech Company | Geekster Reviews

Sumit Raj was a BTech student who was unable to get a job after graduating from college due to a lack of strong soft skills and appropriate guidance. Geekster was recommended by one of his friends. His initial goal was to acquire a job as soon as possible because his family expected him to work after four years of engineering.
He wishes to avoid the taunting because it was becoming too tough to explain to his family. He joined Geekster and persuaded his parents that if he worked on his talents for 6 months, he would undoubtedly get a job. He found all of the mentors to be quite helpful and beneficial.
“DON’T THINK, JUST JOIN,” is his sole message to all students. When he obtained his first tech job at Comviva as a product development engineer, he felt overwhelmed. His goal is to be in a better place and advance in the tech industry.
