But this is at least way better than sentencing a human being to death when this human has a darker skin color at least. Maybe, when this Joker-Killer gets released in 3000 years, the USA will finally be a civilised and sane nation, with a real democracy, a just legal system and possibly even freedom. But I guess this would be way to soon to expect that country to grow up.

• Since I'm 72 yrs. old and have lived through all of these senseless murders. I didn't understand it then and I understand it less now. Evil has become rampant in our society, especially when children think it's okay to kill their classmates. Our judicial system has gotten weak and corrupt and there is nothing in place to stop it. Movies, music and society have basically given an OK to these senseless murders. I pray God gets tired of our sick twisted world soon. I can't wait for His return. God bless you all.

  I CAN NOT understand with people who say he deserved the death sentence. that's a blessing. they will be on death row (way less inmates heightened security). life in the prison is WAY harsher, watching your back every minute, all the SA, all the corruption…..i would order them to give me the death sentence if i am 20 and facing life. i think people do not realize what 60 years in prison will do to you.

• Also they say people will be safer w/ them in prison but that's not true.. there are actually good people in prison who are just trying to fix & find themselves, do their time & get out. Violent people (esp. " media celebs") like this will only continue said violence inside. They will often join their race if they want any chance for survival (unless they are rich as commissary & outside protection goes miles) , or they will try to stay independent & make a name for themselves. Many times killing or destroying inmates lives w/ constant beatings or Psycho Warfare which basically become collateral damage of said inmate.

• In my OP when I hear gunshots in nature or especially in public anywhere it becomes instincts to duck/ cover & hold to access the situation not pull my phone out & record etc. If I am carrying plan that way if not plan another.. I want to survive as well as help those around me to the best of my abilities to do the same.
