Meet Rhino Linux : Ubuntu based + Rolling release + AUR

A rolling-release Ubuntu distribution? Yes, you heard it right.

And that’s not the only unique thing about this new distro. It brings AUR packages to Ubuntu fold.

Sounds interesting? Let’s see more about it.

  • Although it was on Virtual Box, I was impressed with Rhino Linux xfce. Ease of use. Personalization. Enjoyable experience.
Who needs new hardware when talented people are producing such terrific products like Rhino?

  • Looks great. There are lots of PCs that are just a few years old that people are still using, and won't be buying new ones. I know several of those people, and no doubt there are many more. If it would work on those too, you would get lots of support.

  • I'd like to see more people joining the existing projects rather than creating new ones. Xfce is undergoing a Wayland transition right now and helping in that would solve many problems more than this distro.

  • i only recommend mainline distro's like Ubuntu mint kde neon, manjaro, arch Linux ,Debian, red hat. because new comer's have no grantee, when they stop giving update's

  • Rolling and XFCE, but still Debian branch. Wonderful!

  • I am really looking forwards to giving this a try out as it looks and sounds very good,I also like using the XFCE desktop.

  • I'm looking forward to trying this. I'll like to see LXDE as the default/preferred desktop environment in mind.

  • If it was Debian based instead of Ubuntu, I would try it.
