• I am in the IT industry for 45 years. This crash (outage) It is the result of uncontrolled not regulated upgrades.
  Consulting and IT companies send mandatory software upgrades with poor testing with no real-time tests.

  MS Windows is a generic OS and the hardware may not match the software.
  The most dangerous of all are software bugs.
