That might be a second un-monitored "clean up" cat. Just there to pass tailpipe emissions but not needed for the engine to run properly. Lots of Mazdas had those as well back in the 2010's, that's where I first seen them.
You should add dedicated solar panels to help with the power bill imo…

Recently saw this on YT: LKQ ships sunroofs in the roof. They just cut the sheetmetal around it and ship the whole thing, prevents shipping damage.

For taillight pull the trim from around the outside and 3 T20 screws, try it on passenger side broken light so you can see, ambient lighting the purple clip should pull apart
