NSX-T BGP/EVPN lab and workshop

BGP Based EVPN was introduced with NSX-T 3.0 and allows large Enterprise and Service Provider customers to seamlessly integrate multi-tenanted segments in their DC with their core routing infrastructure.

EVPN provides a standards based interface to provide tenant isolation for Layer2 as well as Layer3 route advertisement for both IPv4 and IPv6. By leveraging multi-protocol BGP, NSX-T is able to advertise segments as an EVPN type-5 advertisement with common MPLS VRF style Route-Distinguishers and VRF identifiers over a single session.
