• Linux user here since 1997. Gnome went downhill after v2.

• 2:44 Except for a missing comma, that's a valid sentence. “I do not have enough information to know if a ban was warranted, as I don't have more information than that.”

• How can I avoid GNOME programs? I want to minimize the use of these programs, because I don't want to support such a childish Foundation. Of course they have the right to ban everybody they want, but please only for very serious reasons.

  BTW – your continually touting (to the point of nausea) how you're the Only One who will cover… Yyy story… But is it the other tech outlets cover the actual products these organizations offer? Is it that the other tech journalist have hardly ever covered the politics of intercompany – inter organizations management?

  Mr Lunduke If the other tech journalists have had a history of writing about inter-organizational politics in a consistent manner than I wish you would document those and prove they are failing to maintain a consistency in their journalistic reporting…

• It's hard to believe how just completely evil these people are. I can understand self-indulgent hedonistic decadence, but this is a whole different level, where they are going out of their way to be evil for the sake of evil, playing the villains even in their own story. There is no rational way to translate what they're doing into any version of events in which they are anywhere even close to being right.

• I'm fairly indifferent to Linux so I have no dog in this fight. But I see a person who was given power in an organization making threats, rationalizing them with emotions, then threatening people again if they question him. Talk about a God complex, this is somebody who is immature and possibly unstable, and should have minimal power as they clearly choose to abuse it.

• Such management has been deliberately put into place by corporate and more sinister interests in order to destroy opensource over time. They are all shills who only talk that they support the development while in reality they work for a different agenda / simply paid to do irrelevant things. Putting wrong emotional people, the rainbow sh1t, on technical positions is going on purpose. Lunduke is on something bigger than it appears, which is why the resistance / cancellation.

• i think i was more willing to engage in conversation with people i disagreed with by the age of 10 than these emotionally stunted manchildren are. it must be impossible for them to make meaningful connections with people that aren't work related.

• The crazy thing to me is if you want to have a lunduke free space then fine you can do that it’s your platform you can moderate it how you see fit but they don’t even give a warning? Like you couldn’t just remove the content, DM the user and say “don’t do that again or we will ban you”, and give them a chance to comply with your rules? Apparently it’s not just banable to link to Lunduke but it’s banable if you are a potential viewer of his content.
