• My one plus tv u1s 50' display issue . Raised for replacement on March 22 2023 and got approved on March 23 2023 but still May 27 2023 I haven't got the Tv replaced. I have spoke to more than 50 executives in customer care but no resolution. Simply extending the deadline only no use. For every 15 days u PPL deleting previous request for REPLACEMENT and placing new one without customer consent. So whenever we call regarding details they are telling u r tv replacement approved 2 days back wait for another 10-15 workings Days for replacement. Same story u PPL telling for past 70 days. Even the escalation was very poor. I spoke to Nida Fathima, Diana Fernandes, farheen naaz and many people they gave fake assurance and closed the escalation.
  On May 23 Sunday I got a call from Nida Fathima senior team and she told ur tv we have ordered it will reach u within 27 may 2023.but when I called today may 27 they again asked to wait for another week. Same fake promises one plus giving to all customer. With such service one plus gonna vanish soon from existence.

• My tv doesn't have open YouTube .model is 1+ y1s edge 43inch number of times open then it's can't respond it.

• How was the OnePlus service is it available when need ?

• Very bad product don't buy display problem.. waste money..

• dont update, after updating tv taking 2min to show indicator light after turning on tv and sound decreased

• after update, indicator light of my 50y1s pro takes about 40 second to turn on after turning on the power button.
