Pakistan Temple Attack | India Needs Right To Return Law
The Temple Attack in Karak in the KPK province of Pakistan is just one in a long list of attacks on minorities in Muslim countries.
Whether it’s Pakistan, Bangladesh, or Afghanistan, non-Muslims are not safe there. While the CAA has helped protect the non-Muslims who have immigrated to India before 2014, we need to take more action to protect non-Muslim, particularly Dharmic,/Indic communities that are still being persecuted in these countries.
Therefore, I am proposing a “Right To Return” Law that Israel and over a dozen other democratic countries have some version of, to be brought in India as well. This will guarantee protection to Indic/Dharmic communities living anywhere in the world.
India must overcome her pseudo-secular hangover and proudly proclaim herself to be the natural home of Dharmic communities of the world.

I fully support contents of CAA though title is not accurate representation of the content and confuses people. It is a immigration preference to India for the natives of British India who are seeking asylum in India that was divided on the basis of religion. India didn't do a good job explaining the law.

It is unfortunate that Civilization of Bharat was divided in many counties and now we have Islamic & Buddhist counties from it but not a single Hindu Country. Even Nepal is now Secular Nation. 3rd biggest religion of the world has not a single Country out 195 Countries. So what big different will "Right to Return Law" benefit give over CAA. You have pointed the deadline of Date, so government should amend date deadline and other required Clause. And if government plan to bring any new law like "Right to Return Law" then we will again see some kind of protest sponsor by Anti-National elements and opposition. So it is not so simple and we have all type of so called secular & liberals.
