'plugged in not charging' battery problem windows 7 compaq presario laptop
while i am charging my laptop, i am seeing an notification message at the bottom of the screen just nearer to power option as ‘plugged in not charging’.
Then i checked my battery and the cable or wire and i found that the wire was broken and causes fire whenever put my laptop into charge.
The main source of the error is the broken charger, so just replace it with new one or repair it to avoid the problem.
