Reset Your Ubuntu Password

In this video we will discuss how to quickly reset your Ubuntu sign-on/admin password. I bumped into this scenario the other day by accident. I am usually pretty good when it comes to remembering my passwords. However, I had setup a test virtual machine in Virtual Box using Ubuntu 14.04 and for whatever reason, I used a unique password for it. When I tried to sign into the virtual machines, I couldn’t get in.
So I found a way to reset the password and figured someone else out there may be able to benefit from this information as well.
