• I can't get my dell to go to that screen, I have a disk read error message and need to reset it fast. So I can get back into classes.

• I successfully restored it and hit restart. But then ưindows doesnt startup normally. It keeps startup repairing and fails and ask me to restart/shutdown my laptop. It keeps repeating it. Anyone has any idea?

• After you click restart and dell, restart windows screen — "which key you pushed" to make "Setup is preparing your computer for first user" screen shown up. I did not push any key and my desktop screen is black. Please help me  !!!!!!!!!!
