Restore Previous Versions of Folders in Windows® 7
Windows® 7 lets you ‘restore previous versions’ of folders enabling you to potentially retrieve lost or deleted data. This is something that cannot be done through System Restore (which essentially reverts system settings).
If your computer does not create Previous Versions, try the steps shown in the ‘Video Response’ to enable ‘System Protection’.
Note: Back up important files in the folder to an external drive before you follow these steps.
