  • Tell me Cole ???? Do you really enjoy beeing Annoying !, by repeating yourself everytime you upload a new video ??? 😀 or do you have the amnesia mentally diagnose

  • You will want at least a shower in the main floor bathroom for those days you come in from working on the farm. Also consider a bathtub for grubby kids who have been playing in the mud.😊

  • Cole get pro to layout the bathrooms. Don’t put toilets in the door way. Toilets needs a private area. Like we have in the south.
Why didn’t he have a pro design the interior? Him, Roman, an Justin are doing good work. I just think they should have used a pro design since they took down all the walls. Cause that’s a SF try master suite bathroom and closet. And he has the space to make it right

  • Cole why don't you make pocket doors for the bathrooms? Just a thought I'd throw out to you.😊

  • My laundry is in the basement because I live in 100 year old house. I have a laundry chute and I love it. But if I had a choice, my laundry would be on the same room is my bedroom.

  • Make sure the windows look appropriate from the outside. Most people are going to see the outside, so if you were going to make this a show house the outside needs to be proportioned.

  • I’d put frosted windows in the bathrooms just for a privacy thing and I hate blinds

  • You need privacy for the toilets. Walking into a bathroom and seeing the toilet first is embarrassing. What about a half wall to the side of the toilet.

  • 10 seconds of work with a saw before the steps put in would have saved you lots of work.

  • I think interior walls should be insulated just for sound reasons, ESPECIALLY bathrooms! I’m baffled why no large, easy access guest bathroom on the main floor. Repeat the light windows you love in that suite bedroom all over your home! But you don’t live in the closet in a small bedroom.

  • Five months that’s pretty quick for three guys and taking care of a farm. Kudos to you guys.

  • having access to the closet from the main master bath is going to be something you will ask yourself why you didn't do it when you were framing everything. Just my thoughts so far on this remodel. I keep wondering when the house will finish getting sealed up with spray foam, but you keep taking stuff out, so I guess it makes sense to wait until all the framing is done, maybe get the electrical in too?

  • I don’t get it. It’s a big mistake if you put only two bedrooms. A two story
Home should have at least three or four bedrooms. You should also do a study room in a different place in the house. Your kids are going to need it when older.

  • I don’t understand your layouts at all. I really don’t think you will be happy with some of it down the road.

  • Hi from oz. Why take out that bathroom window. You're not in residental area so no peeping toms. It reduces the natural light so it feels gloomy. If worried about people seeing in either change for frosted glass or put on a film that is frosted(cheapest and easiest option)

  • No tub? You have so much space I would want a big soaker tub especially with having kids.

  • Only 2 bedroom or am i missing something? Uour kids will want rgeir own room in the future

  • ‘Master’ anything in a home reference is no longer an acceptable. It’s very antiquated and to be completely honest, racist terminology. Please consider using ‘main bedroom’ or ‘main bath’ going forward. Enjoy your vlog though.

  • I hope you are going to put back all the beautiful wood that was in the home originally…..

  • Uh. Hire an architect. It's not complicated but…What you doing??? You might need a window in your bathrooms. Basic stuff.

  • Where are you putting the tub? Please consult with the women in your life for their opinions.

  • You needed to redesign your bathroom and stop taking out the windows man you need the windows besides that old home will not look right with all the windows missing.

  • Watcha going to do for videos when the licensed trades are ready? Farm crap videos??? Id like to see the hvac and plumbers do their thing.

  • I love watching your home come together and the teamwork you three have. I'm curious why you are having two master suites when you have two kids under 3, more babies may come along and you will need more smaller bedrooms.

Have you considered hiring an architect. I feel that the current design is going to have a great deal of wasted space. Though you have a lot of space, there is no sense wasting it. Also I'm concerned about the removal of the large windows for smaller windows, it's a big house, you will need to take advantage of natural lighting.

  • Could you add 15 minutes to your videos and include lunch. Im curious of the food and the banter also. Slo-mo's are cool also.

  • knpw where your plumbing is going to come through the floor before you decide where to put the bathroom sinks and other water fixtures!!!!!!

  • Enclose those toilets. Nobody wants to see or smell. Lights with vents.

  • Your house will literally be 40% hallways and stairs, whoever is your interior designer/planner/architect is wasting some much space!

  • Comment delayed from last week, the blocks between the joists are called "noggins" here in UK.

  • Having experience, it's most aesthetically pleasing to have a bathroom vanity be the focal point in an open door. Love what you are doing. Great house.

  • you've got 2 kids and only 2 bedrooms upstairs? one for you and Nave and 1 for the kids? give those kids their own room!

  • nice work! you should insulate all interior walls. it costs more but it makes the house a lot more silent! pluss heat from the bathroom doesnt leak out etc

  • Cole add a safe room to your basement with a outside Escape Route for your family. Won't cost much, and very little effort. The weather is a little crazy now. You little kids now make it safe for you all.
