Roundtable Discussion on Free and Open Source Software (FOSS)
Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) is software is a free to use, copy, study, change, improve, and redistribute software. FOSS has many benefits for Government Technology (GovTech), like: no vendor lock-in, reduced costs, easier to localize features, easier to create interoperability, greater transparency and collaboration, among other things.
A roundtable discussion has been organized on April 22, 2021, from 4-6 PM, bringing together stakeholders from the Central Government, State Governments, Academia and Civil Societies to share their experiences.
