RUTX09 – Industrial 4G LTE Router from Teltonika
A heavy duty, router from Teltonika, quad core atom processor, 256MB RAM. . . a beast. So many option and so configurable, way beyond me but here we have a video of unbox, install and quick overview of admin web interface.
It is worth noting that this router does not have built in wifi, so you will need an access point. It also has a GPS receiver which hints at a vehicular use intent perhaps.
Quite expense, but build quality is awesome. Software side of things could do with a few more dumb down pre-sets for less advanced users.

Interesting to see what's in box and setup pages on the router as no website selling it seems to show any of this information.
But your sound recording sounded like mic was other side of the room in a number of bits of this video.
