Samsung Galaxy S3 SIII 4G LTE Screen and Digitizer Replacement
Hi Guys,
Unfortunately after only a month of ownership i smashed my Galaxy S3 4G (LTE). The screen still functioned however the glass was shattered and starting to fall off.
I purchased an entire replacement digitizer and screen assembly. I have never done this before so figured i would film it from the perspective of a complete newbie to replacing these assemblies!
I did make abit of an error not putting in the power button switch (oops!) and a few other things along the way, so watch till the end to see everything, or skip to the bits that your interested in.
I was very hesitant to replacement just the glass only as i did not want to use a heat gun etc, so this is the option i went down.
Happy to help people that need it, as i’ve now successfully done it. Remember i don’t claim to be a professional, just made this video to prove to everyone out there that even someone that hasn’t done this before is well and able to do it!!
