SCP-001 | The Spiral Path (SCP Orientation)

SCP Orientation is an archive of files of the SCP Foundation.

Today we will be studying D. Mann’s proposal for Item number SCP-001: The Spiral Path, Object class: Embla.

In his report Dr. Mann describes how a man named Aaron Siegel stumbled upon the Spiral Path, and, after studying it carefully, began to create SCPs. SCP-005, The Skeleton Key, is revealed to be the first SCP ever made. Eventually, Siegel asked other people, including Dr. Mann, to join him in his scientific endeavors. This was the beginning of a spiral path that inspired the members of the foundation to make SCPs to benefit humans but later wanted to see how far they could go.
