  • Tried pinging and it was saying destination host not available. Anywhere thanks for helping how to setup ip

  • Thank youu brooo. Ty printer didnt have its default gateway in it. had to get it from cmd ipconfig. Nonetheless great video!!!

  • Thank you. Without this video I wouldn't have known that the IP of the printer was set to Static. With your video, I was able to connect the printer to the PC and then, re-configure it as DHCP client. Then I can connect the printer to the router. Do you know if this printer work with Square Register?. thanks again. very helpfull video.

  • Thanks a lot bro!
Even the sellers didn't know how to setup. Your video helped me on how to get the self test. Really appreciate your support

  • Do all PC/ laptop have to do the same setup? I thought one machine does the setup and it becomes discoverable for the rest. Please guide

  • I installed via ethernet and the printer worked. I can't connect to the internet when I plug in the wifi adapter. How can I do it?

  • I tried doing this method and, at first it worked since the computer recognized the printer. However, when I connected the printer to a modem through ETHERNET conexion, so I could use an iPad or iPhone to manage it through an app (Loyverse), the conexion failed. There was no communication between both printer and iPhone. I tried to start all over and the printers' original ip changed somehow. Is there any way you could help a brother out? I know is confusing, but I would appreciate the gesture. Greeting from Mexico!
