thankfully, you can yell at an SSD as much as you want! so in the modern day you can go wild screaming at JBODs and RAIDs to yout heart's content
he speaks very loud because of the noise. nowadays sooo many youtubers speak loud just because they think its energetic and engaging… when its just annoying.

This is why an old laptop or PC with a Hard disk would start working again after a bit of kinetic maintenance (a punch or hit of some description)
Hilarious yet poignant. This video still gives me the giggles.
When I was in college, I remember being able to cause real time performance degradation of a 4 drive raid array by knocking loudly on the side of my PC case. Back then, rubber mounts didn't really exist and we were mounting hard drives with rubber bands to reduce vibration.
