Solved Windows 10 Wifi Troubleshooting Not Connecting Limited Access problem in Windows 10

Open Command prompt with admin rights then give the following commands in sequence

1. netsh winsock reset catalog
2. netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log

Now reboot the computer. If it doesn’t help then try these old methods.
