Hopefully someone within the IoTeX read this: My biggest problem consuming all of the information regarding how IoTeX work- is that I have no coding, developing, computer programming, or any other type of experience in the fields. But for the last 3 years following the IoTeX blockchain and how it work I deeply understand it. That being said the last 3 years I’ve been working on a proposal based on an idea that could be developed using IoTeX blockchain and W3bstream-unfortunately due to not knowing where to start regarding bringing it into fruition because I have no technical expertise I’ve been stuck on presenting it. The discouraging thing is because I have no expertise I don’t know what will become of it and I’ve only been expanding on the idea and updating it and not collaborating with anyone-because I also don’t know anyone in the field personally who could get it started. It’s just an idea but I confident that now especially with DEPIN it would be successful. So I want to ask based on not having those expertise as most do but instead a comprehensive understanding of the IoTeX blockchain where do I begin with just the idea itself and no physical proofs to show other than what I wrote?
