T-Mobile iPhone with 4G LTE Hands-On

After T-Mobile’s press conference wrapped up today we had a chance to check out the carrier’s new iPhone 5 with 4G LTE support. T-Mobile said it specifically worked with Apple so that the device had the appropriate radios to work properly not only on its 4G LTE network, but also on its existing HSPA+ 42Mbps network and its 1900MHz network. That means if you don’t live where 4G LTE is available you’ll be able to fall back on still relatively impressive data speeds. http://tchno.be/ZrslLr

  • Yea I see that now. Apple, on the other hand, still has catching up to do…

  • Go to this site before you jailbreak your iPhone…

    Working tutorial!

  • it looks nothing like that its unique! iOS 7 is beast!

  • Have you seen iOS 7 on the iPhone 5 it's amazing! Android is so horrible compared to iOS 7 now!!

  • wtf its not a few changes there are major changes!

  • Dude I really thought there was a spider on my laptop. haha u got me

  • An iphone 5 has a brandnew chipset , allowing double the ram & way faster speeds compared to the 4s . A tweaked 4s is the iPod 5 , same chip little new stuff

  • I honestly think the iPhone is overrated and underpowered, but hey that's my opinion. I somewhat agree with you though. The GS4 is basically the same thing as GS3 with just a few changes but so is the iPhone 5 from iPhone 4s

  • Those are some pretty insane results, and that's plenty fast for a phone to do just about anything. But do remember 2 things. They haven't had LTE for that long, and those speeds are going to slow down once everyone in Houston gets on the network. Also you aren't going to get those speeds everywhere, T-Mobile LTE is only in 7 markets, and even when your in LTE area those speeds aren't going to be the same everywhere you go while in an LTE network, because it depends on how many bars you have.

  • Yes he will. All he needs is an Update towards the iPhone and he gets instant LTE 4G on T-mobile, As long as you have the sim card.
