Wow i just got hired at T-mobile will i lose my job already?
š
I think this is kind of ridiculous. I love upgrading my phone in store. Thatās why Iām always done it. That may make me consider a new carrier to be honest and I also just applied for a job as the sales person at T-Mobile so maybe Iāll rethink that.
I buy mine from Apple. I have a T-Mobile and Visible E-sim in my phone so I need it unlocked.
Remember when they said oh we will not close stores or layoff Employees or raise prices.I think they are raising in store fees to encourage ppl to pay online so they can do all payments/upgrades/services online only.
I use to love and brag about tmobiles sevice from like 2005-2012 but geez after they bought metro then they bought sprint and it got worse.
I think the online upgrades is to save inventory for new lines
It makes sense what T Mobile is doing since there is no valid reason to be going in store to make payments with a representative. That is just driving up wait times for customers who actually need a live person to fix issues with their service or get new service or upgrade their device the same day in store. In addition Sneed I see all wireless carriers shutting down all their stores in the future and moving to a same day delivery model where they will bring the phone directly to you and even have a paid option for the device to be set up at your home/business.
Pay the $5 fee in pennies
T-mobile is ridiculous this is one reason I donāt have t-mobile anymore, I havenāt had t-mobile in years! SMH t-mobile
T-Mobile is following verizon structure. If you look around how many verizon corporate stores are out there . Is very sad how these telecom giants make so much money and canāt pay reps as a quality living.
Sneed that's nothing new when I used to pay in the Sprint stores they used to charge it five bucks so this is nothing new also they had machines in the stores where you slide the money in you know like like an ATM or something but still this is nothing new but I don't play on the store I pay online so no problem and I don't have auto pay I don't like that cuz once you're in it you can't get out of it hey great video Sneed take care brother
Here in Chicago, Il t-mobile charges you almost 20 dollars in store to pay your bill
I've worked for a TPR for 10 years š¢
Because they falling behind AT&T and Verizon and it's hurting T mobile bad due to their sprint merger. T mobile trying to think of other alternatives to get extra cost š š
They wonāt call the store closings actual āstore closingsā. Theyāre setting them up to drop foot traffic and then say theyāre underperforming and doc them out the door. Then theyāll say theyāre performance related headcount reductions.
Similar to return to work policies that made folks who moved have to seek other employment. Itās all back door layoffs. Wish Iām wrong.
Crazy ā¦.. if you try their network pass , great concept right? Not one rep or support knows how to remove the eSIM network from your phone. I figured it out myself ā¦.. Iām glad Iām staying with Verizon ā¦..
Pay your own $5 bucks to pay a bill? Geez ā¦..
This is targeting poorer folks and folks who arenāt as tech savvy – elders for example like my parents.
Time to leave
