Talking with myself with no cuts: How to enable the SNMP Agent on AVEVA Edge and InduSoft Web Studio
InduSoft Web Studio (now AVEVA Edge) had a very interesting capability which is to work as an SNMP Agent. I remember myself enabling this on older IWS versions and older OSes but, this time, I needed to make it work on Windows 10 and the latest Studio version.
This video shows, with no cuts, how I struggle to make it work and several trial error tests. At a point, I believe that this old feature is broken but I just needed to do something additional to make it work in the end.
