Presentation and panel discussion on AFRODAD’s paper that captures how RBLs are integrated into diverse public finance regimes in Africa and makes policy recommendations to address challenges associated with the RBLs by promoting responsible and sustainable financial management. However, resource-backed loans have contributed to mounting debt levels in Africa; largely due to their design, particularly their investor- centric nature.
