  • Anyone else here after seeing this YouTube video in the Ubuntu 16.04 installer?

  • ubuntu really went downhill from all the way up… still a beautiful font that i use on my system as the default interface font <3

  • I was just installing Ubuntu 16.04 on a virtual machine for nostalgia purposes. And when I saw a slide on the installation about browsing the web, there was a video. I was curious to see if the video exists today. So I typed the address. And surprise surprise, the video exists till this day. I also loved the way on how the font looks. And I hope that you keep using it for the upcoming 22.04 version.

  • Why unbuntu font doesn't have Vietnamese characters? Why ? Why ?

  • One of the best fonts in our world. Great job, translates everything that this should to translate, openess, humanity and good look-and-feel.

  • Uhm, am I the only one who thinks it's just a slightly modified version of Seravek? Look at those u's and t's. Most of the type is even the same, with nothing modified.. I honestly prefer Seravek, more style options.

  • the ubuntu font is by far one of the best font designs I have personally ever seen, I don't currently use ubuntu although I have had it installed before it ran Lightning fast like unbelievably fast and the UI in my opinion blows micro$oft and O$-X out of the water completely, unfortunately I could not find a way to run illustrator on it without bending over backwords, otherwise I would be onboard 100% personally, the people in charge of linux/ and the people at ubuntu Need to talk to Adobe

  • never thought font would be that important i am not saying it is not but frankly the way they talk about it makes it a live or die issue but hey keep it up

  • Sir, i just bought ubuntu 12.04 but it takes too long for the language pack to download, can you make other language pack optional or packed to the DVD ?

  • The font itself is really really beautiful, but when using it in application gui design it gives rather unnecessary big and ot of context look, don't you think?

  • i really like the ubuntu font. reminds me a bit of FF dax wich is awesome
