The USA is the most selfish is sharing technology, they will bans & sanctions all these progressive technology to destory or slow down any country or companies (not US) progress. To ban RISC-V chip is design as an OS , how ridiculous to bans it for other using it. The US is mad and had prejudice obssession with China development.

Even if China were to produce Intel or ARM based CPUs that is x100 faster, USA(Intel) and UK(ARM) can refuse the license and China will not be able to produce that CPUs. However RISC-V is opensource; no one owns the license and no one can ban anyone from producing it.
China focusing on RISC-V is the correct move in CPU development.

US can LEAVE the RISC-V association/system. China can DRIVE the necessary DEMAND for RISC-V chips. When Prices becomes COST EFFECTIVE against the 86x chips.
The U.S. excels in destruction, in sanctioning sovereign nations and banning them from technology, healthcare, knowledge access. The country also is destroying itself, giving money to the most corrupt regime of Ukraine and to Israel, neglecting its own citizens.
The US is a very, very smart nation; whatever they can't cope with, they just ban it. Just like China has 5G and they don't have so ban them. Since the US has little rare earth minerals, they should ban the use of rare earth. Chinese students and scientists are too smart so the US must ban them too. Low priced Chinese products with quality must be banned too as they generated good profits for China. Since the US doesn't have a space station, they must ban Tiangong space station from operating. This way, the US can have the entire planet for itself.😭😭😭😭
