As we progress well into the twenty-first century, the pervasive sense of disconnection and disharmony in society can be intensified by existing thinking. The key to getting beyond this reality is in the need to develop transformative practices regarding self-interest, sustainable growth and development, to evolve in harmony with the world around us.
Through the eyes of one of the original South African contributors to New Business Thinking, we strove to determine if the way of Ubuntu could stimulate a new way to think about creating transformative strategies that work.
