It says that I have a unstable power supply it has a 430 watts and I recently just upgraded to a new graphics card is it because I got a new graphics card I had a 1060 and recently got the 1660 super

it did fixed it but now i can't hear much sounds for my headset
I think this really depends on your hardware, HDDs are severely slow regardless if you reset or reinstall it. SSD should be Ight tho.
guys here are 2 options cloud reinstall or local install, local install will try to fix your PC, cloud install will download latest windows using your network

Even though it says to keep my files, it had deleted all of my saves in Red Dead Redemption 2 🙁
Everything that one drive has backed up when i resetted my pc is shortcuts of third party apps which means its worthless backing up
(NOT YOURS, ON MY PC ITS WORTHLESS BACKING UP SHORTCUTS!)
Just get a Mac.
But Putting it under the water works 100% never had a crash again.

Resetting Windows is not the best way. It may keep broken things in the OS. A clean reinstall is the sure way to go 100% of the time.
How change 99.9 percent of your pc issues
Buy a new flagship pc
My windows is so badly corrupted I can't delete windows or install a new operating system. Can't even goninto settings anymore :/
And to save the trouble of reinstalling apps/drivers, learn to make occasional backups of the Windows Image before it slows down.
Or switch to linux 🙂 Btw I use arch
And on Chromebook 15?
After reseting don't forget to install Linux and completely remove windows
