Replace one of the vent tubes half way up with your scaffolding ladder piece with the climbing side facing done. That way there is one bar across the middle of the shoot. Then throw mollys. You will either hit the bottom setting the ground around the ladders on fire or you hit the bar and the zombies will climb through the fire. Adds damage to the climbers.

Next time use lanterns, they are brighter.
All you need yo add is a way to shoot down at the latter between nade throws. But i question the health of the laders from all the explosive I don't think they make it through the hole hord night
The lesson is to not over-engineer like Josh does.
I made a base with 2 paths to me and a pit for my turret to punch the zombies into. Used concrete for most of it, and it worked super well, except for running out of bombs. My punishment for leaving so many alive in the pit was jumping in and melee fighting my way out once the sun came up.

24:13 was waiting the whole episode for that moment. Again, write a little Powershell script to just copy the game save folder every so often or on demand when you're about to do something risky. Just copy the folder back and you're good to go, back where you were.
28:50 I think they're not jumping to the pole 0.05 centre because it's only one block height gap, so they can't jump and stand up in 1 block.
The 1 block crawl seems to be mainly an anti block clipping solution on a knocked down zombie
