  • I really like the idea of using waste heat to heat residential homes. Sort of killing two birds with one stone. Still this is cool!! 😛

  • Nitrogen is a triple bond, brake that and you will not like it when its angry

  • I'm more interested with data centers being used to provide district heating. A city in Finland gets like 40% of their heating from datacenters.

  • RIP anyone who has to go down there to replace a crashed server.

  • Meanwhile, Microsoft and the like tell us regular people that WE"RE raising the temperature of the oceans.

  • Humanity- Ocean temperatures are increasing.
Also Humanity- Lets use the oceans as heatsinks

  • Aren't we trying to avoid heating the sea up?

  • Seems like the title was a little bit clickbaiti when you could have just use service in the ocean or something

  • But that’s where I keep my collection of car batteries 😢

  • I swear I seen this info by you guys before it came out from 2 days ago 🤔

  • So in the age of rising sea levels, you are going to add MORE heat to the ocean? We have literally learned NOTHING about climate change!

  • so long as they don't oil-cool inside

  • I'm sure someone will complain we are heating up the ocean. Shout out to Practical Engineering footage!!

  • If there's one thing I've learned from environmental studies, it's that we need warmer oceans. Thanks Microsoft!

  • In another 20 years they won't need to cool these things…

  • Invest in Microsoft's S.O.M.A. data center now 👌

  • just put them in the south and north pole where its cold.

  • OR they could not completely waste the energy and locate servers need cold places and use domestic heating and using a dump load like a river or lake during the summer. Think a place like Chicago, New York, or Seattle, all places with access.

  • It would be more intelligent to avoid waste heat (and therefore wasting energy) at all or at least to do some energy recuperation by for example using Stirling engines.

  • U maybe better transfering the heat to the ocean and put the servers on the beach? Or platform that floats?

  • So your telling me there’s a NextDC floating around somewhere in the Great Barrier Reef

  • Amazing info, it's no longer a story that we're experiencing a global economic downturn, I'm so happy that I've been receiving $64,000 from my $15,000 investment every 14days.
