• Almost a year later, when I set windows 11 local group policy as you describe, I get a trust relation issue. I go back and remove it and I am able to join the domain. Latest windows 11 update as of 9/16/2023. BUT when I try to create a GPO for drive mapping on the domain, if I use security group level mapping I get a trust relation issue between the workstation and the PDC. Mapping them via OU works fine.

  But when I triynf to access my Synology Dsm through Nginx proxy it getting 502 bad gateway error.
  How can I solve the issues .

  And I have setup my home assistant through same nginx proxy manager .it working perfectly

  A question:
  – I create the local domain mycompany.local
  – I create the Pascal user with password
  – I connect my Windows 10 PC to the domain mycompany.local
  – Files that I save on the desktop are automatically saved on the Synology in a folder created by the Synology or do I have to create paths? How can I do?

  I would like that if I log in from my office PC or if I log in from the warehouse (same network) the files were always present on all PCs.

• Hi, your videos are fantastic. A suggestion, make one with Synology integrating with Windows Server. As second AD, DNS, DHCP. Just for those who don't have a second server and have a good Synology NAS.

• Would it be possible for DHCP? I have added the feature to my windows 10 computer and with the DHCP feature I connect to the nas by ip and it does not find the service started, when it is started. Thank you
