This is a quick Look at the Upcoming ubuntu 22.10 LTS Beta. Ubuntu 22.10 is the next short-term release and will be supported for 9 months. The code name for Ubuntu 22.10 is Kinetic Kudu. Ubuntu 22.10 brings brand features, changes, and performance improvements. Ubuntu 22.10 comes with a gnome 43, brand new system controls / Toggles, New Sound Driver (PipeWire), Ubuntu Desktop Settings, Updates to Nautilus File Manager, Kernel 5.19 & more.

I have a laptop with win11. I booted into Ubuntu 22.04 live setup with secure boot enabled. I did not install it, just wanted to check it out. When I tried to boot back into windows I was prompted to enter my bitlocker recovery key with the message "Secure boot policy has unexpectedly changed." I entered my recovery key and was able to get back into windows. All subsequent boots have been without issues. So is everything allright now or do I have to worry about my system security? Just want to be sure I did not break or compromise anything.
