  • Chris is commited to a dead UI confirmed

  • My bet is he changes to a different Linux version before the end of the month.

  • I had to laugh when Chris mentioned going back to Ubuntu 16.04, since I just did the same thing on my main desktop. It's faster when doing multiple tasks including gaming and all the software I need is available. (compared to 17.10).

Pop OS 17.10 is running on my laptop, which is a older Asus model, and that's going fine also, but that's basically just used for internet related tasks. (Browsing the web and email).

  • Good job I’m new to Linux running it on my macs right now… loving pop os going to get a system 76 sometime this year I hope … keep up the good work 👍

  • Been seriously considering going back to Unity myself. It just works. 🙂

  • Torrent traffic has gone down because people use Usenet to get their Linux ISO's.

  • I'm really glad you are finally done with Arch. Like it or not, you are the first resource that many new linux users find. You should be running a distro (Ubuntu) that is relevant to those users.
