Ubuntu Kylin is an flavor of the Ubuntu Operating System and is the official Chinese version.

Although Kylin is designed towards Chinese Users, it can very well be used in English (and other languages too).

The OS is designed for desktop and laptop computers and features its own UKUI (Ubuntu Kylin User Interface) desktop environment.
