I forgot this exists, I use windows and for my specs I got a 3050 ti graphics card, 16 gb of ram, 11gen intel i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz, and 2tb of storage.

I had an old laptop laying around and I installed Ubuntu server(no gui) on it to get rid of bloat. I now have it sitting in the living room plugged into the router running a Minecraft server for my friends. One of the best ways to have fun with a old computer.

There is a surface linux project online. They cover what tweaks you need to make per Surface model, if any need to be made at all.
I still prefer to use Windows, here in Brazil is very common, my setup config is Ryzen 5 2400G, Corsair 32 gb ram, 2HD 2TB each, 1 NVME.
