Ubuntu Running on Galaxy Tab 10.1 Android Tablet!

Here’s my Galaxy Tab 10.1 running Ubuntu. With bluetooth mouse and keyboard, it’s pretty usable although I think we still have some more room for improvement.

  • -1 For misleading topic. You are running ubuntu on top of Android.

  • Are you running ubuntu on top of the Android system or are you booting to ubuntu directly?  That may explain the sluggishness.

  • hii, i watched your video about using ubuntu on android, i tried it on my galaxy note 10.1 and it worked but i want to know which version of ubuntu did you use because it worked on me with an awful resolution and the link of ubuntu on your video doesnt work any more 🙂

  • Show us some cool apps like Inkscape running on Ubuntu rather than just the browser which this tab already has

  • this is an early stage build for Developers, so they can get their feet wet and start making 3rd party apps for Ubuntu… It will have a full launch at a later date

  • freaking lazy ubuntu people, make your own tablet , not install ubuntu in other system wtf
