I use QEMU, https://www.qemu.org/, because it’s a free and open source alternative to proprietary or closed source tools like VirtualBox or VMWare.
QEMU is pronounced kwemyoo (IPA: /kʷemjuː/) as a concatenation of “Quick” and “Emulator”.
Ubuntu is pronounced oobuhntoo (IPA: /uɓúːntu/) and is a Zulu word for “the human race”, “humanity”, “humaneness”, and “solidarity”.
I am teaching how to install Ubuntu, https://ubuntu.com/, for the same reason as using QEMU. As a flavor of Linux, it’s a free and open source alternative to the Windows or OSX operating systems.
