In this video, we’ll discuss the upcoming changes to public IPv4 address charges in AWS, effective February 2024. This shift applies irrespective of whether the addresses are actively in use.

The challenge? Identifying and managing public IPv4 addresses scattered across various AWS resources, such as EC2 instances, Amazon Workspaces, and Amazon RDS, to name a few.

In our walkthrough, we cover:

• Finding All Public IPv4 Addresses: Addressing the challenge of locating these addresses.
• Setting Up Amazon IPAM IP Pools: Utilizing Amazon VPC IP Manager (Amazon IPAM) to manage IP pool resource pools.
• Exploring Public IP Insights: A demonstration of the new feature in Amazon IPAM.

Join us to explore these changes and gain the skills needed to navigate the evolving landscape of AWS.
