This felt like old school youtube. All that's missing is that one 2005 hype song and "unregistered hypercam v2" in the top left corner.

I get the below error:
Cannot add PPA: 'ppa:~ondrej/ubuntu/apache2'.
ERROR: '~ondrej' user or team does not exist.

This occurs after i run sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ondrej/apache2

Can you please let me know how to solve this?
