    You didn't show how to configure apache to use user home folders. this is the command : # a2enmod userdir or in "Configure Apache Modules" – userdir – Enabled

What I mean is, emm, how to configure your domain DNS (mx record), configure the mailserver & add external users with mailboxes. There's no tutorials on that.. at least I haven't found any :/
