• I tested after a while with windows 10 and IT WORKS WITHOUT DWM, you just need to wait a few minutes but desktop loads and taskbar works and no flashing
  UWP apps and start menu dont work but you can launch apps and stuff kinda works

• When I killed dwm.exe in windows 10 build 9841 the desktop backround still worked
