Despite being one of the most in-demand areas of technology with close connections to the likes of #kubernetes, it is not uncommon for #cloudnative to be misconstrued and misunderstood.

It’s also a term that is often misused in the tech industry by many organisations as an opportunistic way to promote their products, as “Cloud Native”.

After studying Cloud Native for many years and specifically focussing my studies on the development of a KCNA course, this video breaks down this question and delves further into what exactly is meant by Cloud, and the term Native.

How #containers are important to Cloud Native but, the use of containers does not necessarily mean Cloud Native.

We’ll also explore the importance of both the CNCF and the Linux Foundation, in the Cloud Native ecosystem.
