My ProBook screen is completely blacked out after a water spill on the keyboard but its still turning on, how do i fix this?

If your screen turns black and it makes a noise when u click do (Ctrl + Alt + Delete) Then just try pressing restart but if it wont work try another tutorial

i pressed it 100 times on my friends laptop it keeps flashing
