Ubuntu 20.04 LTS features the latest GNOME 3.36 desktop environment by default and it’s powered by the most recent and advanced kernel, Long term Support of Linux kernel 5.4. Shows OEM vendor logo during boot, new lock and login screens, introduce the yaru Dark theme, Fractional scaling options, Snap-based Ubuntu Software app and GDM multi-monitor support.
